Open PhotoScape click Editor
Open the photo to edit.
Brightness, Color> Color Curve> Open (Curve)and open the curve 1
Filter>Film Effect> Portra >High
Brightness, Color> Color Curve> Open (Curve)and open the curve 2
Filter>Film Effect> cinema>Low
Filter>Film Effect> Cross Process>Middle
Click On Object> Photography> Photo ...
and open the glow point png and place in the center position.
Click photo + objects
